David Hernandez Jr. has dedicated his career to representing individuals throughout Southern California who have been injured, wronged, or are facing financial hardship. After earning his law degree from Western State University College of Law in 1986, he co-founded Hernandez & Schapiro, Inc. the following year — a firm built on the belief that every client deserves direct, personal attention from their attorney.
David handles personal injury cases including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall incidents, and premises liability matters. He also represents workers injured on the job and guides clients through the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process.
His approach is straightforward: he listens carefully, explains the law clearly, and fights hard for the best possible outcome. Clients always work directly with David — never a paralegal or case manager.

A graduate of Western State University College of Law, Mark co-founded Hernandez & Schapiro, Inc. alongside David Hernandez Jr. with a shared vision: to provide high-quality legal representation that is accessible, personal, and results-driven.
Mark focuses on workers' compensation claims and Social Security disability matters, helping injured and disabled clients navigate complex government systems to secure the benefits they are entitled to.
